  Roy and his team go above and beyond to make the home buying process simple and stress-free. I just closed on my first home, and was shocked by how easy it was. Roy excels in communication on what is currently happening with your loan application and what comes next so you're never in the dark. I will absolutely be recommending CCM to everyone I come across looking to buy a home, phenomenal service.

  I really cannot say enough good things about working with Roy. This was my first home purchase and I had done some research before applying for a mortgage. After he received my application, he called and we reviewed all of my options with Cross Country. He explained each one in detail and talked with me through the choices. There were several times where he agreed with my decision of spending extra money, such as buying points. He would logically show me the cost and benefit of each option and never pressured me into anything. He got all of my documentation at the beginning so that most of the stress was out of the way early on. I called him several times throughout the process and he was more than happy to answer my questions and gave me very realistic and honest timelines of the processes. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone who is looking for a mortgage. Roy's service is top notch, and you'll be hard pressed to find someone better. Not sure why someone left a 1 star review and had nothing to say about it, so I'm guessing that their review is irrelevant.
