      After months of looking for a rental in a 55+ community and having no luck due to high rental prices and very low inventory of homes available, we were very discouraged. There were so many homes for sale but we were sure we would not qualify for a mortgage because we’d had a couple of rough years financially. We called a family member who is a realtor to see if she could help find us a rental. Instead, she gave us Mark’s number to see if we could qualify for a mortgage. He made it happen for us! He and his team at Cross Country were wonderful to work with and we closed on our loan on just over 40 days! Our mortgage payment is about $800 less a month than what the rentals we had looked at cost! Would highly recommend.
