      I've worked with him in the past on a purchase as well as a refi, worked with him again recently on a refi to get rid of PMI. Even with the madness happening these days he was able to get me a good rate (even beat Navy FCU) in addition to getting rid of the PMI, saved me a few hundred dollars per month and to top it off we were able to close on this a couple of weeks earlier than expected. He will always be my first and last call when it comes to anything mortgage related.
