CCM, LLC provides amazing, personal and comprehensive mortgage service! Donna Brady-Connor’s team was instrumental and essential for making my recent real estate transactions successful. Her amazing team (Donna P. and Caitlin) kept the entire process moving smoothly and on time despite the pandemic. Donna is a wealth of knowledge and meticulously prepared and thoroughly reviewed with me a helpful financial workbook, as I was buying and selling property at the same time. She always took the time to keep me updated and managed to lock in the lowest rate. The entire team worked with such diligence, finesse, always communicating with such a friendly manner. I felt that they offered such a personal touch, and always put my best interests and needs first. The team supported me for over four months, for which I am so grateful and thankful!

Attended an online webinar , and was told to reach back out to get in touch to get an "instant approval". Once they asked me for all of my personal information through the phone they said someone will get back to me after they run my credit. I understand the office might be a little busy, so I called 3 weeks later and was told someone will call me when they can and scheduled me in for a call . months later no one has reached out ! they pulled my credit and got a couple of negative inquiries in my score now ! Very upset and unprofessional of this company to take someone's personal information and just run off with it! I was just another number to this company and all they care about is the $$$$$$$$ I will never reach back out to this awful company.
