We have used Ross at cross country mortgage several times between refinancing and closing on homes and every time has been exceptional. Everything is always easy and effective. Ross let us know what was going on every step of the way. For our most recent home that we closed on in February we relied on Ross so much because we had an unrealistic commitment date that seemed impossible however Ross got working the day that we got our offer in and got our loan committed on the unrealistic date! We are still in shock and so thankful that he got it all done. Out realtor cannot believe how fast he got the loan closed she said she has never seen this done. He is always a step ahead throughout the process and often gave us reccomendations that worked so well for us. We will be forever clients, and will always refer our friends and family!

Don't deal with Mike he got me pre-approved then my initial letter was outdated, I asked what was needed to update pre-approval he gave me nothing from 12/2020-7/2021 after 7 follow up email he just kept saying he'd get back to me. Thanks Ross, I'll investigate and get back to you.

Ross was absolutely incredible the entire 3 years I was looking for a house (yes that’s a very long time!). He was patient and answered every question I had along the way. He helped us get the lowest interest rate on our new home. He worked seamlessly with our Realtor and attorney. Ross is a great asset to your home search and I would recommend him 10x over.
