  After contacting Bobby and his team in November 2021 we initiated the process of refinancing. We paid for an appraisal and took a hit to our credit for the credit check and we have yet to refinance by nearly Feb 2022. Bobby told us that our loan was in underwriting in late Dec 2021, and we have yet to get a response on whether or not this is actually happening after dragging it out for months. The last we have heard from him was early Jan 2022 and literally crickets since then. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and communication from this team. Would absolutely not recommend unless you want your time wasted. UPDATE: after writing this review i was contacted by Bobby in late february- not to apologize for his lack of communication, but rather to discuss another person’s refinance terms. after repeatedly telling him that i was not trying to refinance for an address i had never heard of and that i thought he had called the wrong person, he argued with me insisting that i had called him before realizing he had, in fact, called the wrong person. i don’t know what’s going on with this company but the unprofessionalism is unheard of. i know times are tough and people are overworked but this was uncalled for.

  Bobby and his team are phenomenal! He kept us updated weekly throughout the mortgage process, making sure that we understood every step. Despite the challenges with COVID, we were able to close quickly on our home. We highly recommend them!
