  Contacted Lucy with a very short closing timeline. She was extremely responsive and prepared a closing plan with scheduled inspection within 24 hours.

  I reached out to them, because a prior company I was working with dropped the ball big time. I heard about them through a mutual friend. Eric and Amy were great to work with. This is my first time buying a home, so I knew nothing about what was expected. I didn't know so many people would be involved and was confused when these people would reach out to me. But that's my fault for not asking more questions. They did their part and pushed the loan through quickly. Dawn, the realtor was great as well. During the loan process, some personal things in my life were falling apart. I was an emotional wreck. When I found out about closing, the day before I took my frustrations out on Amy. She talked to me and brought me back down to reality and explained why, etc. Right before closing she reached out and I was a mess(due to nerves, and personal life issues.) And she talked to me like a friend and gave me advice. I think she should be a counselor. My point is, they do care about your best interest. Her job wasn't to be a "friend" to me. Her job was to get the loan closed and she did. I would highly recommend them because they are quick and efficient and friendly. And they will tell you how it is(in a nice way) and no bs. Thank you all again!
