Told Anna Larson at CrossCountry Mortgage that I didn't want to apply for a preapproved mortgage and damage my credit because I wasn't likely to be approved due to lack of verifiable income. She told me that she had a plan in mind and she would help me apply anyway because she works with cases like mine all the time. I applied and shockingly wasn't approved. Clearly a company looking to get as many people to apply as possible instead of what's truly best for the customers financial situation. Shady.

Should give a ZERO! Such a Creepy intrusion of my time and autonomy! Somehow, now I’m on their solicitations list. I presume whilst looking at a rental apartment online they stole my info? I was never interested in a mortgage etc. Now they’ve called my home repeatedly on random days at 08:16 or 08:11?? I asked the first time they awoke my sleep, “please not to call me again and remove my information and all 3rd party affiliations”. I also was asleep btw, and never agreed or sign up to be contacted?? Now, they have my personal info off of that rental properties contact me page inquiry, which should be illegal?! This is some unethical covert tactic to solicit me without my knowledge or consent and is exploitative! My time’s not yours to manipulate and or covertly try to control! How disrespectfully immature of your company’s business practice Mr. Leonhardt!! Respectfully P.
