  I had a great experience using Paul and his team to help me purchase my first house in the USA. Coming from the UK there was lots of different terminology to get my head around, but Paul, Brittany, and Courtney were always more than happy to answer my questions, and the process was so smooth from start to finish. They have great systems in place to send over documents, and team was always on hand to explain what I needed to be doing. Highly recommended for anyone seeking professional help in getting mortgage and buying property around Seattle.

  We had a great experience financing our home purchase through The Johnson Team. From the initial contact to the day of closing, Paul and his team were extremely attentive and efficient. Their team uses a secure portal for quick and easy uploading and sharing of materials and messages. It made the process very clear and accessible. Our loan while not unique, was slightly out of the ordinary but that was no issue for Paul and his team. I mentioned in passing to Paul that if it was possible to close early, we’d love that. Somehow, Paul’s team got everything together and closed our loan almost 2 weeks early! I gladly recommend The Johnson Team for your financing needs and I would definitely use them again if I had a need.

  Paul and team are top notch. We were referred to CrossCountry Mortgage by our awesome broker, so had no previous ties. From day 1 they treated us with the utmost respect and care. The team has super clear, very timely communication and was so easy to work with when collecting the many many many documents needed to qualify for a loan. Beyond that, when it came to submitting an offer on the house we wanted to purchase, Paul and his team went above what we'd expect to make things happen for us and move quickly. We were never in the dark, always knew what was coming next and had amazing support throughout what could have been a stressful process.
