      Jim did an excellent job managing the refinance of our home. It was a fairly extended process due to some complexities of our loan but Jim stayed on top of things all the way through. Jim had our best interests in mind throughout. He noticed a change in the loan limits that would help us greatly but we had to delay the closing in order to realize the savings. Jim let us know about this immediately and advised us to wait even though it would mean more work for him. This shows how honest and ethical Jim really is. We are so appreciative for how he looked out for us. Everything went great and we have Jim to thank!!! We will recommend Jim to everyone we know.

      Words cannot convey the depth of our gratitude for Jim and his help in getting us into our new home. We are first-time home-buyers and Jim was diligent in helping us navigate a potentially confusing process. His professionalism and deep knowledge of both the market and the process was apparent throughout, much to our benefit as he saved us several thousand beyond our bank's offer. We bought a house during the COVID-19 pandemic and even with all the regulatory hurdles and restrictions, Jim was tireless in working on our behalf and continued to place our family's needs first and foremost. Our only regret was that he wasn't able to be there for the closing. A great broker and an even better man. God has blessed our family abundantly through his gifts.
