      Although settlement with Karen was very simple, a refinance was an absolute waste of time and money. We lost hundreds of dollars after paying for an appraisal and spent hours of uploading documents and going through all the steps and the refinance was never completed. It was very disappointing.

      Shiva, your final documentation pieces that were needed were never supplied to us so we were not able to issue a full loan approval. I had requested these several times. I have submitted for a refund of your appraisal fee which is the only fee that was required up front. Your purchase loan went extremely smoothly. My apologies that your refinance was not able to close.
