      Having banked with another Arkansas owned bank for over 20 years, and had several dealings with other banks, I was treated better at Cornerstone than I ever was at the other banking institutes. Having a bank that takes the time to get to know their customers, and genuinely cares about them is a refreshing change. From the tellers knowing me by name, to my loan officer being at every closing, this bank goes the extra step to make its customers feel as if they are their most important customer. Will not do my banking business anywhere else.

      Not impressive. Got a land loan, loan officer decided to finance closing costs without asking & ordered checks without asking images we wanted. Tellers barely speak at drive thru, too busy talking to each other, no greeting or thanks given at end of transaction. We may be moving our loan to a different bank. Loan settlement date: 5/27/20
