  Went here yesterday to just use the ATM. Couldn't get any money. Receipt said nothing about insufficient funds or nothing. It did have a code 121. I tried twice to withdraw money, receipt said the same thing both times. I knew 100% that I had money, etc. Called the bank to ask why I couldn't get my money. Guy says that the 121 means nothing, that the ATM just spits out random numbers. He says he can help me if I give him my card number...first how you gonna give me money over the phone? Second, I don't bank with Arvest just trying to use the ATM. He says oh well he can't do nothing if I don't bank there. Ok. I go down the road to the ATM on Huntsville. Still an Arvest ATM and get my money with no problem. I get home and see on my card that I was charged $2.95 twice for the use of their ATM. For what??? I got no money. Nothing.
