Never had a bad experience w/ this place over YEARS of business. Bank account / savings, credit lines, car loans etc. ALL amazing, Went through a dispute process where on the phone they were SUPER compasssionate and told me I won and got my money back. Months later they randomly STOLE the money back!! By the time I realized it it, they claimed it was too long! I've been on the phone now arguing for hours with a lady and a assistant branch manager who seems more inclined to talk to me like I'm a child than help me!! I feel like the they stole from me and frankly put can't believe how cold and callous these peple are about it. The number one priority is just getting me to hang up, when I mentioned I was willing to hold, they worded as "this guy is refusing to hang up". Absolutely disgusting that I remained a customer of this bank in Canton while I now live 50 minutes away and I'm going to close my account over them refusing to honor their word over a measely 535 dollars!!!!!!! I hope they resolve this so I can edit this. I'm absolutely amazed how hard they are trying to prevent me from escalating.

Marked a check fraud, for no reason. Super stuck up, zero customer support. All employees go apply at PNC, they are much better paying as well.
