      hi I just wanted to give a review because your automated system for a review did not let me expound I do want to say that I think your company is wonderful helping people make payments when their medical bills are too much it is an absolute lifesaver so my only issue is I had a lot of trouble getting your website to work for me and no assistance with technical support I never got access also I did to speak to Chris who took my last payment he had a very much home voice he had no character no personality he went quickly like he just wanted me to get off the phone he also did not know if the pay letter that you provide have the full account number he had to put me on hold for that. I mean he wasn't mean or rude but monotone is really annoying I would hope that he would put a little bit of a caring tone a little bit of connecting with people in his voice seriously he sounded like a robot. But I guess the future is robots so maybe maybe it's cool but people want a personal touch especially if they're going to give you a great reviews and refer others to you. Also your clearbalance company name is also CSI financial Services so people need to know that you are the same company.
