      Convenient location if you live in Puna and drive to Hilo. I use the atm and sometimes I go through drive through. Never had to wait that long, always get quick friendly service. I don’t know why other reviewers have a problem- maybe during peak hours there’s a line. I don’t know.

      20 minutes to process a deposit, no thanks! Super Slow service. ATM not working either.

      Drive thru banking - 25 minutes and counting... - unbelievable. 45 minutes. That's how long it took to make a deposit and a withdrawal. 45 minutes.
