This lender company is very elitist and requires that everyone have a credit of 770 and above, in reality it's a front company serving the elite only, with a real bad customer service..

The company as a whole is very dishonest. The executive VP, VP of lending and credit manager are not trustworthy. They will work you to death usually without breaks and schedule you to work every Saturday. There is no communication between departments and is discouraged by management because they do not trust their employees. Emails are constantly sent out by upper management to discourage you and point out your mistakes. They will promise their employees a fair review period but instead move the people they want to keep to other departments within the organization and let go of the employees they feel make too much money or not fit their culture. Vacation/ time off will consistently be declined or moved because they are constantly under staffed. The turnover is high especially in funding . Temps are a norm and employees are micro managed. This company is not recommended as a good place to work.
