  Shawn and Kyle are both fantastic realtors. Very knowledgeable, eager to answer questions and simplify things. We bought a house with them and had numerous questions and obstacles to overcome and they were with us every step of the way and extraordinarily responsive. Even after the sale closed, they still kept in contact to make sure our questions were answered and we were settling in.

  Cunningham Real Estate Group at RE/MAX Advantage is the REAL DEAL! I worked with Kyle and Shawn Cunningham to purchase a home that was under construction while I was on the other side of the country. There were no hiccups or communication breakdowns. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive. The buying process was as seamless as if I were in the same city. Since the buying process went so smoothly I recently selected them to sell that home. As expected, they provided a wonderfully streamlined, professional service making the sale painless, which as you know can be pretty stressful when selling a home. I had an offer on my home in the first week of it being advertised. That first offer concluded in a sale. I was blown away by the quality of their marketing and advertising techniques. Two different high quality walk thru videos on YouTube complete with drone footage of the home and outdoor community amenities, the professional print and online marketing, etc, etc. Kudos to the very friendly, extremely well trained professionals on the Cunningham staff who also go above and beyond. It's such a pleasure to work with good people. And during in-person meetings they adhered to local and state Covid directives. What a pleasant surprise to have received a set of cloth masks in the mail during the early stages of the pandemic! Expect another surprise for current and former Cunningham clients prior to the Thanksgiving holiday! Always accessible by email, phone, text, and personal meetings over lunch, you'll be extremely pleased with their 5-star service and very happy you selected Kyle and Shawn Cunningham as your real estate professionals.

  Kyle helped me buy my house in Vegas, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and has been a great support post-purchase. He listened to what I wanted and found a great property for my purposes. I highly recommend!
