      Extremely professional agent,I have been to the Bethesda location too and employee there was efficient too. There was a $5 fee @ tyson's corner but a $3 fee @ bethesda in my previous transaction[which is closed temporarily] I appreciate Tyson's Corner location being open today CXI Buy rate was £1=1.1267 Today's exchange was £1=$1.24 The rate or fee didn't deter me.I figure forewarned is forearmed. I am a repeat customer...once bitten never shy

      Cashier spoke through microphone which could heard by everyone in the Tysons Mall. Very poor customer service. Don’t go here.

      Hi Sanjay, Since there are barriers in place and a mask being worn by staff and most clients, we must use the microphone in place to communicate. Unfortunately, without the microphone, you would be unable to hear the teller and properly confirm your request. At your request the microphone volume can be turned down, however with it off the transaction would likely be botched.
