      I am a realtor working on the listing side of this property that TPI is funding. I have to say this is been one of the worst lenders I have ever worked with. No communication, missing deadlines, not returning emails, the list goes on and on. The times that I have called to ask about the loan. The person in charge acts like it's new every time I talk to him. He has to look it up and says he will call me back but he never does. I don't know how they get any business but they will not get any further from me. If I see their name on a approval, I will have to tell the seller not to accept anything that they have pre-approved because of this experience.
