  The tellers are great! Very friendly, very personable. Reason why I am there, a management in the very beginning when they opened was good too. I had an experience recent, but 2 other instances previous, which has me now on the negative side after this past experience. I noticed in my statement a check was cashed but above the amount it was written for. When I went to the teller she saw it in surprise that I was right. Found that very weird. She called the man in the back office. He asked me if I notified them about it? I was kind of stunned..I have to notify them for a check they did not cash properly? Well he then said come in my office and wrote the specifics to whom the check was written. He said we will see if they write back…if not he shrugged his shoulders. This was Fri when I reported it…still Monday afternoon and I have heard nothing. Now I am thinking the right thing to do is close all accts. Is how they responded is this crazy or what! Is it anyone who writes a check for an amount this bank can give ot more then the check is? Insane.

  Terrible bank. Tried to close account for 5-6 years!!! The worst bank around, don't waste your time and money.

  This a terrible branch, let me explain. My In-Laws(they are elderly) had a cd at the bank and it came due, then it kept renewing. The bank claims they mailed them notices of the expiration. Eventually they sent a letter to my in-laws saying they were going to send the money to the State of Pennsylvania’s unclaimed property, which was the first notice they got. When my wife took them to the bank to collect the funds they charged them $1,000 penalty for early withdraw. They were going to send the full amount to the state, which they could have claimed from the state at a later date, but since they showed up the bank took advantage of them and charged the penalty. This is really taking advantage of an elderly couple and the manager had no sympathy on their situation. The manager was completely uncooperative with my in-laws and my wife when they came in and he would not compromise on the early redemption fee. I have never seen a bank that did not care about the customer like this bank, I would not send my worst enemy to this bank. They should change their name from “Customers Bank” to “We don’t want Customers Bank”!!
