John dalton wants 1495$ upfront for his services.. Said that he needs this before he can get us approved..with zero refunds if we do not get approved..so their for we would loose 1495$ Based off of his past reviews and my own i fill like this is more of a scam, than anything else. I would recommend saving around 20% of the loan value and talk to a local lender...thanks for waisting my time for the past 4 months john...ps dont fall in my shoes learn from my mistakes and do the best thing for your families. Its better to wait to get what you really want instead of 1495$ short
