  The team (Team Rosser) at Gateway Mortgage went above and beyond to make refinancing my home an incredibly easy and straightforward process. They were on top of all emails and quick to respond if I ever had any questions, even outside of normal business hours. Their website portal is an effective resource tool used to communicate and exchange necessary documents. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend using Gateway Mortgage for your mortgage needs.

  Tom initially made himself available via text so that was helpful for easy communication. However, we were told that we were approved and on track for closing. Several weeks went by and the appraisal was supposed to have been completed and everything on track. While attempting to get a status update I found out that we were not ever actually pre approved and that no appraisal had ever been ordered. They did not do what they said and were not even going to tell us! If I had not followed up we would have gotten to closing with nothing! I never even got a call from Tom with an explanation or apology. Thankfully I found a bank that would work with us.

  For the past several years my wife and I have been looking to buy property in the OKC area. During this process we engaged with Tom Rosser and Gateway Mortgage to set up all the finances needed so we would be prepared as we moved forward. Tom and his team worked with us to gain pre-approval and when we did place an offer the sellers knew they were dealing with a solid buyers. This allow us to move quickly and close on the property without any issues. I cannot say enough about the service we received as all of this was done remotely as we currently live out of state. I would recommend Gateway Mortgage, Tom and Jenn to anyone looking to buy a house, business or anything you need to mortgage. Thank you to the Gateway Mortgage team!
