      Damon helped with my refinance with money out. Not only did he get me a fantastic rate he handled a rather strange situation with speed and a lot of advice. My ex-wife and I still own the house together, but the refi is just in my name. I didn't even know this could be done before talking with Damon. I will highly recommend Damon and his team to all of my friends.
