  This is my second home purchase with Dan, but I have also used his expertise in re-financing as well. Dan is incredible! He goes beyond the call of duty and is readily available for questions or concerns. He is spot on with his information and there are never any surprises in the numbers. He is excellent at communicating and makes the home buying process SO much easier. I have referred several loved ones to Dan and will continue to send anyone buying a house to Dan. He is the best in the business!

  This is my third purchase with Dan and I’ve done countless refinances with him as well. He’s been my realtor twice and the one time I didn’t use him ( because I appeased family ) was the worst experience of my life. I can admit I’m high maintenance I’ve worked in the mortgage industry for about 20 years so I have high expectations. Dan has exceeded my expectations in being responsive, accurate and on time. He’s also saved me a lot of money on my purchase transactions and of course my loans. When I bought my first home I didn’t think I’d qualify after my split but I did with Dan’s help and positivity. We’ve never closed late actually always early. This final purchase is my dream coming to fruition I finally got my beautiful home on acreage in my desired location. They originally declined our offer and without Dan’s tenacity and extra care I would not be in my home. So I told him after making one of my dreams happen I’d finally write a review. Lol However, with all seriousness Dan will do a wonderful job. Thank you Dan.
