  My bank account is shared through them so I use them a lot to deposit money. Every single time I go and deposit there is an issue. Either they don’t read my wife’s name on the account correctly or they just have a hard time finding the account in general even when I give all the info. I leave recipes in my money pouch for them to reference like one of them asked, but I don’t think they actually use them most of the time.

  Very annoyed with this bank. Tried to make a purchase online from a different country and was told I am not allowed to order anything from that country because there has been fraudulent charges on other accounts from there. So, because other people have had issues I am not allowed to purchase what I want, when I want?! When I pointed out that's why banks are insured and again requested to be able to make my purchase I was again told I was not allowed to. Since when does your bank get to decide when, where, & how you spend your money? Will definitely be looking for a new financial institution.
