      We had an absolutely horrible experience with the Trust Department in Kansas City. The trust officer, Christine, was less than professional and difficult to work with. She overstepped her bounds while seeming to ignore her actually responsibilities. The best service we received was after escalating our concerns to leadership; the bank resigned the trust voluntarily.

      Never send invoices. They can however send an invoice with a late fee on it. Also no one answers the customer support number.
