  We are closing on our house at in Prescott, AZ this Tuesday and I feel I need to thank The Riggs Team from the deepest part of my heart. The kindness that they showed to my family is truly remarkable. They gave every effort to make our financing work, and that alone is worth a 5 star review and all the referrals I can send them. But when they couldn't provide what we needed for our special situation as a newly trained surgeon, they did a very selfless act - they connected us, almost instantly, to someone who could. They could have just given up on us and told us to go elsewhere. Instead The Riggs team gave all their hard work into another mortgage team's hands so they could succeed with us. By analogy, they sent a touchdown pass to someone who could win us the game; that makes them the game winning quarterback in our situtation. And so, I want them to know how very grateful they made this husband and father who has been trying to provide a roof over his family. They deserve every referral that comes their way and when the time comes in the future when I need their services, they will have my business.
