  Dan made the daunting task of getting a mortgage extremely easy! He was friendly and knowledgable throughout the entire process, walking us through what we needed to know and making sure we stayed on top of keeping our closing on track. Dan was always available when we needed him and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great rate and easy process.

  We have worked with Dan twice and couldn't be happier. Sure, a lot of people can process a loan, but not everyone is willing to put in the time to prepare and educate a client. That is what makes Dan stand out. The first time I thought we were a year away from getting approved for the type of house we wanted. Most mortgage brokers didn't want to be bothered unless they were getting immediate business. Dan is different. He sat down at our dinning room table for three hours and went over everything in great detail (as our three young kids ran around the house and played. I couldn't imagine brining a toddler to a long meeting about a mortgage and my wife was so happy he came to us). He told us we were closer than we thought and explained to us (in simple ways we could understand) what we need to do in order to get approved for the amount that we wanted. A couple months later we got approved without any issues and now live in our forever home. None of that would have been possible if it weren't for Dan. The second time we worked with Dan was to refinance years later. Once again, he explained in great detail where we were and what we needed to do in order to get the lowest rate possible. Once again, we followed Dan's advice and just closed out refi without any issues and saved a ton of money on our monthly mortgage bill. Again, we couldn't be happier.

  Dan was excellent. He was able to find a way to get us the financing we needed with enormous patience and persistence he investigated many scenarios until we found the one that worked for us. He is highly recommended!
