  Danny is THE BEST in the business. I've used him twice and his service and transparency are beyond anything I've received anywhere else. On the second time, I treated him and Mary unfairly as another lender was trying to offer me a "better deal". I do numbers for a living and am very capable of calculating present and future values for things like loans (one of the things I love about Danny is that he did that work for me the first time and I knew he understood what he was doing and could accurately explain the true costs of the loan products he was providing). After running the numbers, and weeks of dragging Danny along, I realized that Danny was giving me the better offer for the time period I needed. Danny should have dropped me, but he hung in their and coached me to making a great choice. This is the best lender out there!

  Thank you Heather. Most people don’t believe it but is indeed possible to refinance without paying any closing costs and without increasing your debt or balance of the loan. No need to roll in closing costs when they are $0 :)

  The home buying experience is not always a breeze or a stroll through the park. Especially during the current marketplace where homes are flying off the shelves faster than toilet paper during toilet paper hording season. Working with Danny and Mary has been a god send with a bit of luck. I have worked with several loan offers in the past, but nothing compares to working with Danny and Mary. Danny goes above and beyond the call of duty by taking the time to explain the home purchasing experience so that you are ready to face the battlefield that is known as the housing market. He helps clear any mystery that may shroud the home purchasing experience so you know exactly what to expect, what your advantages and disadvantages are. Everyone there has always remained professional and courteous through out the process to the point where even my realtor was impressed. My house hunting experience has been like a wild roller-coaster. We went from pre-approval letter to winning a bid on a house in less than 72 hours (PSA: I don't recommend buying the first house you see, but if a golden goose comes knocking, I am not one to turn it away) and closing in less then 30 days. The responsiveness of everyone was amazing, we probably would not have been able to pull this off otherwise. I applied for multiple pre-approval letters, but when it was time for action Danny and Mary were always on the ball in getting me what I needed. The rates that were given to me was just as competitive as my credit union. So for better service, and a knowledgeable and responsive team it is a no brainer Danny and team was the correct choice.

  Thank you for the kind and thoughtful words Whitney. Most home buyers can pretty much get a mortgage anywhere it is relatively easy. I just designed a process around the one thing that makes everything else easier or unnecessary, getting the listing agent and their seller to say yes to your offer. Getting the listing agent and the seller to say yes to your offer is by far the most difficult challenge of buying a home today and I am happy you were able to get it done on the first house.
