  I was referred to Tom Chess by my son, who highly recommended Tom based upon past positive experiences working with him. When I first contacted Tom, I had a positive feeling that he was an honest, sincere individual, and there was no attempt by Tom to "hard-sell" or to pressure me in any way. Initially, I wasn't sure that I should refinance, and Tom was not at all bothered by my hesitancy, and he offered to research options that might help me decide. Over the course of several weeks, Tom worked diligently to provide information to assist me in making the right decision for me, and all without any commitment from me to proceed. At one point, Tom even questioned whether refinancing was the right move for me. after further deliberation, I decided to proceed with refinancing, at which time, Tom mustered all of his resources and placed his key personnel at my disposal. Working with Tom and the staff at SWBC (especially Susan Willey) was both easy and pleasurable, and the entire refinancing process was seamless and quick. Tom kept in direct contact with me regularly, and he answered questions and addressed any concerns that I had. I have purchased two homes and I have refinanced three times; and by far, working with Tom and with SWBC was the easiest, most pleasant and stress-free experience of them all. Tom is knowledgeable, honest, sincere, and pleasant. I highly recommend Tom Chess without any reservation. Thank you, Tom.
