  I have used Darice for multiple new home financing and refinancing and would use her again. This was one of the quickest and easiest refinancings and she does all she can to make sure I have the best rate. I would highly recommend her!

  This review has been edited: Unfortunately, Darice didn't get back to me. After sending the documents requested, and running my credit, I never received a call back or email. I have reached out more then twice if there was something more I could do and only given "Will check soon" or "It's processing". It's been a month. Edit: Darice made it right! She got back to us, a little after posting this. She explained that poor service is definitely not what she's about, and made an appointment with my fiance and I. We decided to go through with pursuing her and, definitely made the best decision of our lives. We are not very well informed on how the home buying process works, but she made it very easy to understand and made it clear that she will always be here no matter the time of day for answers. She broke it all down, and in a very kind and simple way. Darice wants to genuinely help the people. Buying a house is a huge step, my fiance and I were scared that when we slipped through the cracks we weren't gonna be helped out and this is it. Darice made sure that didn't happen and pulled us out and made it known that that wasn't going to fly. She made it right, and then some. Thank you Darice!
