  I would like to post a current review April 2022 for the wonderful people and the wonderful team at BailHotline in Visalia California it is the least I can do for the people that helped me and my husband. I would like to specifically name a wonderful woman named Angie. Angie not only was very understanding but she went above and beyond and gave us hope that we didn’t have to get my husband out on bail. Angie guided us through every step and every phase of this process and helped me calm down on a personal level as well when new roadblocks came along ,she always looked in every detail to make exceptions. Thank you Angie for believing in us and trusting us when no one else did. She is the Angel that helped our family and owe her thanks for our new family in the making 🙏🏽 we love u and wish u success to help more families like ours - Jazmin & Daniel A.

  Submitted bond under different terms than agreed upon even after a very lengthy discussion where there could have been no confusion over it. When I asked to review the tape of the conversation I was told they couldn't access it. Does not refund money in the same manner it was paid. Closes early. Does not return phone calls in a timely manner and sometimes not at all. Made several errors in the bond paperwork including listing the agent as his girlfriend and my mother as the defendant. Don't waste your time with this new agency. Even though they may undercut other bondsman by a tiny amount to generate new clients, they are not worth dealing with the ineptitude, so stick with the OG bail places out there. Also, manager Angie brags about being the only bail bonds still garnishing wages so don't expect assistance or empathy in the event you have an emergency and have to pay late. Luckily I found out in advance and was able to bail my man through a better agency.
