  My fiancé and I decided to start our home searching early this year, talking to our realtor friends and picking their brain about the ever-changing market. The burning question of, “Well is it really the time to buy? Aren’t we going into a recession? What does that even mean?” It was with much skepticism that we sat down with Darlene, but boy did she she change our minds about what it meant to be a home owner and making it feasible financially, especially with us being young. I believe her constant communication, motivation, and dependability is what makes her the best in the field. Darlene and her assistant, Heysell, went above and beyond the entire process, reassuring us when times were uncertain, patient with when submitting paperwork, and celebrating with us when we finally closed. We will continue to work with Darlene and her team for years to come.

  Darlene and her team were amazing. I was not prepared for all the requirements to get a loan these days (those dam underwriters!). Lots of details and a ton of follow up. Darlene's team walked me through it all with a smile. Not only did Darlene get me a great rate, but she personally discussed my options and made me feel good about my choice. Darlene also took the extra step of introducing me to finacial services group that have so far been great! I highly recomend Darlene and her team. We finally have our go to person for loans and refis!
