  I had originally written a very poor review of this business! Turns out they read the reviews and take them VERY SERIOUSLY! After writing the poor review I was contacted the next day by a Manager Kevin T. After talking with the manager I decided to try again with Kevin’s help! Went back to see Andrew and Corey and it became quite hilarious as each car we tried for kept getting sold! However the one car that made sense for us was one that was supposedly sold Corey and Andrew fought tooth and nail and got it back! That being said we just bought a car!!! It truly means the world to us that a large company would bend over backwards just for a bad review but they did! Team Andrew and Corey at Darlings credit now are amazing! And thank you to Kevin T! It was a dismal adventure that acutually turned out fun and laughable! Amazingly done Darlings thank you! If you want fun with buying a car go see Andrew and Corey! Be sure to ask for Corey’s autograph as he is the actor Seth Rogans twin brother! Thanks from the bottoms of our hearts guys it was a great ride!

  For repairs, you're better off taking your car to the junkyard than here. At least there you get paid for your car to be trashed. I had a horrible and sketchy experience here. My brother wanted to give me his old car and took it here to have a few repairs done, nothing major. However, when I came to grab it and pay for the expected repairs, they claimed it needed way more work and it was not safe to drive (mind you my brother drove it there fine a couple weeks prior). When I went to test drive it, they were right, it wasn't safe. However, they failed to mention it was their doing. When I took it to my (fair and honest) local mechanic back home, he said a bunch of parts were disconnected for no reason. My local mechanic and I concluded the only reason they would do this is to make me pay for extra "repairs" that were never needed in the first place. Now, this is already bad enough, but they literally made the car DANGEROUS to drive. In short, they PUT MY SAFETY AT RISK so they could make an extra buck. Disgusting. And illegal. If I lived in-state and had more evidence, I would've reported this place to the police. I ended up paying the ridiculous amount they charged me because I wanted to get myself and the car out of there before further damage was done. Oh, and not to mention it was difficult to arrange times and discuss car issues with the team because the staff was rude and unknowledgeable for the most part (Liam especially). In general, Darling conducts malicious business practices, has rude employees, and have prices/rates that are the biggest shakedowns I've ever seen (even for a dealership repair shop). DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

  I'm on SSI/SSDI which is my only source of income as I'm disabled I get turned down for a car lease & financing I don't have any credit which Darling's Auto Group claims by false advertising saying they can help people with no credit, slow credit, bad credit with vehicle financing I feel like I've been discriminated upon because I'm disabled and can't work. I needed a car to go grocery shopping, go to doctors appointments etc
