We have a small business only grossing 60k at the moment, and jeff and sue treat us like were a million dollar company as a customer. They helped us set up quickbooks for very little money, and do a great job on our taxes!

OUTDATED. If you want your return back in a timely matter go some where else. OVER PRICED. I understand everyone needs to make money but the price I paid for simple taxes was absolutely ridiculous. I called multiple times asking a status update, come to finally getting one of my returns in the mail....when we agreed upon direct deposit and gave my banking information. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I have taken my income taxes here for years. This year, however, I misplaced the first page of my 1040 and requested a copy later in the year. Through a series of mishaps, I discovered (not once informed, and actually denied a few times) that my paperwork had been "farmed" out to H&R Block-Wisconsin Rapids. I'm self-employed, had casino winnings, and inheritance that needed to be dealt with. I met with a CPA when I had my consultation, got a phone call when the work was ready, and was never informed of the fact that they sent all of my information to someone else. I picked up the stuff, paid the $800+ bill and assumed someone with at least a technical degree prepared my taxes. Too bad for Dataflow, they didn't even bother to retain a paper copy of my return in their office and were not able to access my taxes because they cannot hack into H&R's website. Fraudulent misrepresentation.
