  I worked with Josh and he was amazing. Any time I had a question he was there for me. Made me feel safe and like a person not just a number. No mater what time of night it was he got back to me. He kept me up to date on the whole process.

  It is amazing to be on the other side of my first home purchasing experience. The associates at Fairway in Marshfield were trusty chauffeurs through the process from start to finish and beyond. Josh, my mortgage planner and primary guide, laid groundwork expectations and shed light on possibilities and boundaries. Encouraging and hopeful emails containing timely advice pacified my worries and concerns. My favorite aspect of the Fairway experience is that even after closing, Josh is continually available to me as a resource fielding homeownership questions as they've inevitably come up. Many thanks to Fairway for taking me to school and most importantly getting me to the finish line.
