      I had an issue with a insurance company that DATCU endorses making a withdrawal for services and then I received a letter stating” no coverage is in force” from this insurance company . I originally approached the teller at the Lewisville location to question the withdrawal, but was sent to Katelyn H. (I’m guessing she is a customer service manager since I did not get a business card). She listened to my situation and help me to the best of her ability. She resolved some of the issue, but stayed calm, cool and collective in her approach. I will still be working out the remainder of my issue with the third party company DATCU endorses, but I must say that the staff at the Lewisville location did a great job. Thank you Katelyn for your assistance today.
