      This was the perfect house for our family vacation. It had top notch amenities, comfortable beds, and views no matter where you were in the house. We especially loved the screened in porch. We enjoyed the bay side as much as we did the ocean side. We also enjoyed the peace and serenity that you don’t find at most beaches. It is definitely on our list to return to in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week full of unforgettable memories!

      A very beautiful home right on the beach. Comfortable beds/linens. Plenty of room for our family of seven. Well stocked with every amenity. AC worked great. Great maintenance service. I told them about a wobbly chair, only so that they would know we found it like that and that we didn't need the 8th chair for our family of seven. Within two hours maintenance showed up to tighten and to check all of the chairs. I was surprised and very impressed. Beautiful wrap around deck. Some of the outdoor furniture needs replaced but we still made great use of that deck. Easy check in. I would definitely stay there again.

      Horrible rental company. Phones always go to answering machine, they may call you back they may not. When you do talk to them, they offer little service. They use old pictures in their ads and conceal broken and damaged items in the home. Broken lights, dirty fans and tubs, no sheets on one bed, broken dishwasher and grill. Deck rotten and dangerous. Wire hanging everywhere under home. When we talked about repair I was told they knew of the problem 2 years ago, but haven't had time to fix it because they didn't want to shut the rental down for repairs DO NOT RENT 102 RAPHEAL DR, it is a mess.
