Dave and his underwriting team (we worked with Sarah) made the mortgage process the only easy one during our exhausting real estate journey. From beginning to end, they were extremely professional, courteous, responsive (we're talking <5 min response times to 90% of my emails), and patient (I probably sent way too many questions that I could have googled). For some solid proof of how efficient Dave and Sarah were, we went into underwriting on 5/5 with a target closing date of 6/1. I slacked a bit with documentation and provided the last ones the morning of 5/11. By evening of the same day, we were cleared to close. This gave us the option to have an offer-to-closing period of ~2 weeks, which competes with the timeframe for all-cash buyers. Dave is also well known in the industry and market we are in so getting preapproved with him boosted the competitiveness of our offer. TLDR Dave was all around great, would recommend, and plan to work with him again in the future. His rates are competitive & you won't find a more efficient team anywhere else.
