  Where do I even start trying to review this company? First of all, I literally spent 20 minutes to get approved and another 5 to finish and get out the door. The absolute easiest car financing of my life. Randy wants nothing but great things to happen to his customers and it shows. Between Randy and Brenda at Auto Exam Certified Car Sales, I couldn't be happier with my car buying experience. Top notch staff helping others like me get into a great, affordable car. Will never go anywhere else. Thanks Randy!

  Where to start…after reading these reviews iv come to the conclusion they are definitely (FLUFF) fake. Alecia is certainly the absolute most 2 faced individual I have had the unfortunate non pleasures of working with. She’s disrespectful and very sneaky with her tone, actions, and words. Customer service is a whopping 0%. I had a car loan for about 6/7 months they never reported to the credit bureaus. Not once. While I was out of town I started the process of switching car insurance providers for a lower rate. 2 days out of a 7 day waiting period while I was waiting patiently for it to kick in not driving my car, I was called by alecia she stated that my car was up for REPO. NOT for a late payment but because she saw I was uninsured for 2 days. If you want to build credit this is not the place. If you want to have freedom and have a straight forward loan this is not the place. If your looking to finance with a good company try carmax! I have nothing negative to say about randy he did his best to make up for alecias insolence every time. I do not recommend this company to anyone who dosent speak spanish YOU WILL NOT BE TREATED WITH RESPECT.

  Back in 2019 after my first car flooded these folks did me a TREMENDOUS solid going out on a limb and financing me on a 2017 Sonata when my credit was brand new, I was just starting a self-employed career, and nobody else would take a chance on me. These guys got me going to the point that today I could finance a new Camry. Now a year and a few months later I never did anything but change the oil (and one tire) on the car they sold me and my credit score is getting into the 700's having not missed a note. These guys will take care of you if you meet your obligations. I seriously can't thank Randy and the other staff enough for getting me set up the way I am right now.
