      No customer service. Called during office hours multiple times and no answer or response.

      Been a State Farm customer for almost 30 years & have never seen an agent/ staff not return phone calls. Or even have someone to answer the phone on a regular basis. No matter what time of day I call, I ALWAYS get the auto answer system and voicemail. That would be ok...if they would actually return calls. I even called the main State Farm number and they kept me on the phone for 20 minutes only to tell me they couldn't help me. Sad, but will be changing my insurance after almost 30 years. No customer loyalty at all. And definitely no customer service. MY last "agent", if that's what you want to call him...Mr. Jim Russo, rudely told me that they aren't agents anymore....just salesman. if that's the case, then might as well go to Geico, Progressive, or the many others that can help just as well, if not better.
