  David should be working for cirque du sol with how many hoops and he had to jump through to get us approved and qualified. I didn’t think it was going to happen, but he went above and beyond and made it work. His team is fantastic! I’ve worked with a lot of lenders and he has the best follow up in the game.   I have bought four homes in my life. I've had many transaction with different Mortage Companys. But, it was alway a hassle with them. They broke promise after promise with me. I always had to correct them and make doubly sure that I got what they said I should have on my different loans. Two of them I had to fire. So, I'm here to tell you that Dave Debes and Lauren Jacobson made my loan go through and helped me each step of the way so as I would get what I was entitled to what was needed. I can't say enough good things about these people and there company. I will always recommend them from here on in. I had a good experience with them.
