  David took a very difficult experience and made it so much better. He is kind, professional, and honest. He kept me well informed about paperwork and made me feel like he was looking out for my best interests. Without his help, we would not have been able to get into the house we are in.   I was a first-time home buyer and mortgage seeker. I initially went to my bank (Chase) to get a mortgage and found the lender untrustworthy. She tried to convince me to get a larger mortgage than needed, and ultimately wasn't able to give me concise answers to my questions. My realtor recommended meeting Dave, and it was a completely different experience. He explained the whole process to me in person (with his own material and whiteboard discussion), made himself available for any questions, and ultimately got a rapid turnaround on close. I was totally satisfied with Dave and TurnKey. I strongly recommend him to friends, and I would absolutely go back to him for future financing needs.
