  David took me on as a walk in client when I had some big obstacles to owning my own home. As a single mom I thought it was a long shot at best. David was honest from the beginning, telling me it wouldn't be easy. But he got it done and I am a home owner. He was very responsive to my many many questions. He went above and beyond taking care of title issues that arose, corresponding with lawyers, ex-husband and trust funds on my behalf. I know I was not just a client and that he truly had my best interest in mind throughout the entire process. I highly recommend David to take care of any mortgage lending needs.

  There are many things I can say about doing a home refinance-challenging and time consuming however David Smith from Supreme Lending made this choice to refinance smooth and task free-unlike my first go around with another lender. David was quick to call and email me with pert information he needed and that gave me ample time to do what "I" needed to do for a successful home refinance venture. As a military widow, my income changed drastically when my husband passed away and with not having him as my rock, trusting another person to my finances was hard. I found an established trust in David unlike any other lender. He is dedicated to making your dreams come true. Mine was to become a better steward of Gods money by paying off all my debt. I was very pleased at everything he said he would do-got accomplished. It pays to not give up and keep moving forward. I am now BLESSED to not only have closed on my home refi-but have gained a great friend in the process and would recommend him to anyone-FIVE-STARS!!!
