Their underwriters missed something that is basic lending. They left $3500 on the table but didn’t tell me till signing day. They offered to make it right by crediting $500 I had to practically beg them and then they credited me $2000 so they left $1500 I negotiated on the table. Every lender I’ve talked to since said no one should miss what they missed nobody. They make huge profits on the loan mess up and can’t find $3500 to make it right, would not recommend this company again.
