  As first-time home buyers, my partner and I were totally clueless about the mortgage process going into it. In fact, we weren’t even planning to start shopping for a house until we talked with David and asked general questions about mortgages. He explained the entire process from start to finish in such a digestible manner that we decided to start shopping and were lucky enough to have an offer accepted on a home in a few weeks. During the escrow process, David was in constant communication with us and our realtor, keeping us up to date on every minute detail and answering all of our questions along the way. We knew the escrow process would be stressful, especially with a 21 day deadline, but it would have been many times worse with someone less communicative and proactive. We closed in 21 days, no problem. I highly recommend David, especially if you’re new to this process!

  Working with David was a breeze! He is so kind and helpful. Our re-fi was complicated but he was so kind to call it "multi layered". David always returns calls and emails in a timely manner. He works with very professional associates who are equally diligent. Never flustered, always on task and willing to go the extra mile for us is what we will always be thankful for. Without David, I would still be looking at a computer screen trying to figure out how to re-fi with our prior mortgage carrier! I give him a 10 of 10 possible, David Valle is the best to work with!!

  David is the key reason we have our own house today! From his free "Hops & Homes" seminar at Madewest Brewery where he gave a comprehensive breakdown of what it takes to get a house, one on one advise, to friendly follow ups to just check in and be of assistance when needed. With his excellent guidance we were able to refine our financial plan and get pre-approved. All during a pandemic too. Once we were ready, David got escrow closed in 30 days! He and his team made the process so easy, even our realtors were impressed. We waited up to a week at some points for a bank to get back to us about getting pre-approved...I never waited longer then 30 mins to hear back from David. Get the service you deserve for the biggest purchase in your life. I HIGHLY recommend David and his team for your home loan needs.
