  Great experience to work with Shelby and her team from Mortgage Couch while I was buying my first house as an investment property near Lincoln City. Shelby was superb professional and flexible to deal with all kinds of complex scenarios. I would like to mention especially with appraisal where we had a really tough situation as the Appraiser was from out of Oregon and was not responding timely. Shelby was always on top of it and escalated to upper management till we got the report and ensured the seller is aligned with the plan. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. In addition, Shelby worked tirelessly with lenders to get the best offer . I can not thank enough to Shelby and her team for tirelessly working with my property and making the dream come true. Great work and highly recommend MortgageCouch and Shelby to anyone who are looking to invest near the Coastal area of Oregon.

  Matt & his wife Shelby have been extremely helpful. They were always available for us and fought for us to get a loan. They were very friendly with military and thoroughly understood the VA loan process. I highly recommend and would recommend them to anyone! Everything was so painless and simple. They always answered my questions and explained everything to me and my wife!
