Mr. Davis was phenomenal! You will not find a more honest and forthright individual. His knowledge and guidance was absolutely invaluable. He is 100% about customer service. He always replied quickly to texts and phone calls. His professional knowledge and demeanor exceeded all of my expectations. He secured the lowest rate possible for my loan. And when he secured a closing date he made sure that the closing was on time and as simple as he could make it. There was never one step in the process that I didn’t know or understand because he explained it so well. His communication was on point. From start to finish it was the smoothest process I’ve ever been a part of. I cannot recommend Mr. Davis highly enough.

Charles Davis receives no less than 5 stars for his work on the purchase of our house. He worked harder than anyone else to get this deal pushed through by the closing date. Even after everyone else was dragging their feet and not meeting deadlines, Charles was able to have everything together when he said. Even the sellers realtor could not believe that it was done so professionally and diligently. And has never seen anyone work as hard to get this done on the closing date. The sellers did not make it to the closing on time because they did not know what Charles did was possible. We will always use Davis Mortgage for any future refinance or refer anyone to use Charles Davis because I could not have had a better experience with his expertise.
