      Darrin did an excellent job refinancing several rentals for me. So refreshing talking to a fellow real estate investor who is also a lender. No nonsense, no corporate bank fluff, just results. Darrin is very good at listening to to the things you want to accomplish, and suggesting a strategy to get it done. Far simpler and more streamlined than working with a traditional bank.       Up and away by far the worst hard money lender I've ever dealt with, I have worked with three others and ran into zero of the problems I did with Dayton Capital. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time it's easy to find another lender in the area.

      I turned you down for your loan. You claimed to have done over a hundred wholesale deals and your tax return didn't show any. When I asked about that, you copped an attitude and told me, the lender, that I should ignore your tax return and focus on the cash in what you claimed was your bank account. You DON'T get to tell the lender what's important when you are asking for their money. You claimed you would just close the deal with your cash. Yet you didn't close it. Was there a problem with "your" cash? It's been a while since I turned someone down for a bad attitude. Congrats, you made the list.
